Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Free of fragrance, smoke, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of use

• Returned with original tags and packaging

Garments that have been worn beyond a standard try-on cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

• Replacement of the same style

All exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Natural Materials

Many Culture Beat garments feature premium cotton, linen, and natural fiber blends selected for their character and comfort.

Subtle variations in texture, weave, color, drape, distressing, and natural wrinkling are part of the design and should be expected. These characteristics make each piece unique and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Culture Beat cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Measure

Width Measure across the chest, approximately 1 inch below the armholes, from one side of the garment to the other.

Length Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.

Sleeve Length Measure from the center back of the neck, over the shoulder, to the end of the sleeve.
