Culture Beat offers select products through a pre-order model. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve items before production is complete and help support limited-run, seasonal, and small-batch collections.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is a purchase made before a product has completed production, fulfillment, or final inventory allocation.

Pre-order products may include:

Seasonal collections
Limited releases
Small-batch production runs
Made-to-order items
Special collaborations
Exclusive product launches

Products available for pre-order will be clearly identified on the applicable product page.

PAYMENT
Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed.
By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize Culture Beat to charge your selected payment method immediately.
A pre-order secures your place in the production and fulfillment queue.

ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT TIMELINES
Estimated fulfillment timelines are displayed on individual product pages.
These timelines represent good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Because pre-order products often involve manufacturing, sourcing, production scheduling, quality control, and logistics coordination, fulfillment timelines may change.
Estimated timelines may be affected by:

Manufacturing delays
Material shortages
Production adjustments
Shipping carrier disruptions
Customs processing
Supply chain interruptions
Events beyond our reasonable control

DELIVERY DATES
Delivery dates are estimates only.

Culture Beat does not guarantee shipment or delivery by any specific date unless expressly stated in writing.

Customers should not rely on estimated delivery dates for time-sensitive purchases.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
If an order contains both:

In-stock products
Pre-order products

Culture Beat may:

Hold the order until all items are available, or
Ship items separately at our discretion

Customers will be notified when applicable.

ORDER CHANGES
Because production quantities are often finalized shortly after purchase, pre-orders may not be modified once submitted.
Requests for changes, including:

Size changes
Color changes
Shipping address updates

will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Customers should carefully review all order details before checkout.

CANCELLATIONS
Pre-order purchases may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of the original order placement unless production has already begun.
After this period, cancellation requests may be denied.
Because pre-order inventory is reserved specifically for each customer, Culture Beat reserves the right to refuse cancellations once production planning has commenced.

PRE-ORDER REFUNDS
Approved cancellations made within the permitted cancellation window will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing times vary depending on the financial institution and payment provider.

DELAYS
If a significant production delay occurs, Culture Beat may:

Provide updated fulfillment estimates
Offer alternative resolutions when appropriate
Communicate changes through email or other available contact methods

Customers will be notified when material delays occur.

LIMITED PRODUCTION
Many Culture Beat products are produced in intentionally limited quantities.
Pre-order participation does not guarantee future availability of the product once the production run has closed.
Missed releases may not be restocked.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Minor differences between product photography and final production may occur.
Examples include:

Color variation
Fabric variation
Print placement variation
Packaging variation
Manufacturing tolerances

Such differences do not constitute defects.

ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping information.
If your address changes while awaiting fulfillment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes requested after shipment cannot be guaranteed.

FORCE MAJEURE
Culture Beat shall not be liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters
Government actions
Labor disputes
Transportation interruptions
Utility failures
Supply chain disruptions
Acts of war
Public health emergencies

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

Payment is collected at checkout.
Fulfillment dates are estimates.
Delays may occur.
Inventory is reserved specifically for you.
Cancellation rights may be limited.
